Why Fine Art Portraits?
Photographs are great, but there is something special about a fine art portrait.
We know that in the west it is very expensive to hire an artist for a portrait. But in the city where we live in (Chiang Mai, Thailand) there are many professional artists doing portraits full time at reasonable affordable prices.
If you send us digital images of the person or people you would like to have a portrait of, we will take it to the artist and have it shipped back to you ready to be framed. In doing this, you will also be helping Glowing Hearts find a new home, as we will use the proceeds towards purchasing land for our children's home.

Artist's Recommendations
The artists assure me that the most satisfied customers are those that have close-up portraits done, this means head and shoulders or closer. They say that larger portraits are more succesful in bringing out facial characteristics. Also that the fewer people in the picture the better.
If you want to combine people in a picture but do not have a nice original of the two together, Send in two separate photos with instructions and I will do a mock up for you before it goes to the artist so you can approve the composition.
These portraits are done in Chinese charcoal, and use archival art materials. The subject matter is up to you
